Our friends at ProtiDiet call them "soy nuts" but they are actually soy beans. These precious nuggets of protein are gently roasted for a crunchy texture and then lightly salted. The end result id a low-carb snack with 15 grams of soy protein and 8 grams of dietary fiber per serving. Great right out of the bag or sprinkle on your salad for a healthy high protein crunch.

    The roasted soy nuts are the best I use them in tuna salad as snack I open a pack every morning and leave on counter top and bunch all day love them great for body functions also

    If you are expecting peanut's then these are probably going to disappoint. Maybe if you thought of the dry roasted kind you would be less disappointed. But if you go into it looking for something a little different for your mid morning or mid afternoon snack, well they work really well for me. Definitely have water handy but by all accounts that's part of a good diet anyway. I like these.

    These do not really taste that great. If you're really craving a salty snack and these are all you can get you'll probably eat them but you won't be satisfied. The individual bags are very small which I guess is OK since I can't imagine anyone wanting to eat a lot of these at one time. Don't think I'll be buying these again.

    I really like peanuts, almonds, cashews, I am a snacker, these are AWFUL, you have to drink much water with these, very dry!!!very dry!! No flavor, not worth the calories..I had to send them back!!

    These are really good. A nice nut taste. And, the added fiber is a bonus. I wish they offered salt and vinegar, too.
