Shipping Within The United States

At we know timely order processing, shipment and delivery are important in helping reach and stay on top of your health and wellness goals.

While we aim to process your shipment within 3-5 business days, if you need your order within a specific timeframe we would suggest selecting one of our expedited shipping methods.

Please know that we are experiencing extreme increases in volume which can translate to extended processing times. Additionally, due to increased demand, shipping carriers may also experience delays in transit times.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking confirmation email so you can follow its progress.

Free and flat-rate shipping within the United States is via FedEx Ground, FedEx Economy, or USPS. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is by FedEx Express as Standard Ground Shipping and Economy are unavailable.

  • FedEx Ground delivery to Residential addresses is Monday-Sunday, between 9am and 8pm.
  • FedEx Ground delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday, by the end of business day.

Warm Weather Shipments

Our Wilmington, NC location is near many fine beaches, so we’re big fans of the warm weather months. Unfortunately, some of the products we sell may not feel the same about the sizzling days and sultry nights of summer.

Although we promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours.

Tips to Minimize Warm Weather Melting:

  • To reduce transit time, consider choosing FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight during warm weather months.
  • Avoid packages being left outside. Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.

Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation

If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened products in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.

The two fastest shipping options we offer within the United States are FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2 Day. It should be noted that both of these services ship and deliver only on a Monday through Friday schedule. Rate quotes for both of these FedEx services are available during Checkout.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to shipping charges and are shipped by FedEx Express. If ordering online, enter your shipping address in Express Checkout click the "Check Shipping Rates" button and select the desired shipping method "FedEx" (1-2 days). International Shipping ships diet and nutritional supplements to the select group of countries shown below. Free shipping is not offered for international orders at this time.

Please note: It is important for you to become familiar with the customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties or delivery being delayed. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. will also not be held responsible for any additional fees the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country.

We currently offer 2 international shipping options FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy to a select group of international locations: FedEx International Priority (approximately 1-3 business days) and FedEx International Economy (approximately 3-5 business days*).

International Shipping Terms & Conditions:

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.'s prices do not include customs fees, taxes, and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
