Changed formula, not for the better
I have enjoyed this for many years and recently noticed changes to the texture and flavor. It was sold out for sometime, and when it returned is definitely different. The flavor is not as chocolatey or sweet, it does not blend as easily and completely as used to. Some of it settles to the bottom of my mug, and becomes quite difficult to remove without vigorously scraping it off. See photo attached.
Considering the recent price increases, I would’ve expected an improvement. Looks like I might go back to Wonder Slim, or find another low-calorie, high protein, hot chocolate.

Product is just not up to standards. Lots of separation and clumping. Needs to be constantly stirred. As it gets close to the last half inch of the drink… it becomes undrinkable. Another bad batch.

I have been ordering this product for years and I love it. This last order I received will not dissolve. Leaves large clumps in the bottom of my cup which mades it undrinkable. So disappointed. Tell me what I need to do differently?
