Directions

MICROWAVE

  1. Pour contents of packet into a bowl.
  2. Add 2/3 cup water and stir until blended. Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal.
  3. Microwave uncovered on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Let stand until desired consistency. Handle carefully, bowl may be hot.

CONVENTIONAL

  1. Pour contents of packet into a bowl.
  2. Add 2/3 cup of boiling water while stirring. Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal. Continue stirring until completely dissolved.
  3. Let stand 1 minute before eating.

    The serving size doesn't look that big in the bowl, but I eat it in the morning with my cup of coffee and the high protein content keeps me fuller longer than regular oatmeal. I add a half banana or clementine and I'm all set for the morning. The taste is very good! I have had other high protein oatmeal before and this one stirs up better.

    I like this Maple flavor the best. The others, I find, I might need to add fruit to it to make it a little more palatable for me but the maple, is good on it's own. I have purchased this item more than once and will continue to do so!

    Really liked this product. The texture is very similar to eating regular oatmeal. Nice alternative for breakfast instead of my regular protein shake. I did add one packet of stevia to sweeten it just a bit more.

    I'm on the Ideal Protein program and have lost 22 lbs. The products are expensive, so I looked into alternatives and found the BariWise Protein Diet Hot Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar. Am so glad I did! Great taste and especially appreciate the oatmeal-like consistency. Other brands don't have this oatmeal-like consistency. Very filling and a good way to start the day with the high protein count.
