Mmmm...hot, steaming oatmeal is an all-time breakfast favorite! Now, you can incorporate hot oatmeal into your weight management plan. It only takes a few minutes to cook our WonderSlim Hot Oatmeal in your microwave (or stovetop if you prefer) and it's worth the wait! You'll love the apples and cinnamon flavor, and since it's oatmeal, it's very filing.

Ingredients

Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Potassium Caseinate, Fructose, Inulin (Dietary Fiber), Dehydrated Apples, Corn Bran, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Cinnamon, Salt, Guar Gum, Sucralose.

Directions

MICROWAVE

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a medium size microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and stir. Return to microwave and cook 3-4 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) uncovered. Stir halfway through cooking time. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
  3. Remove from microwave, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

STOVE TOP

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

    Since I have very bad acid reflux and PCOS, this oatmeal apple and cinnamon is my go to meal for a smart meal. Not only is it quick and filling, it is very calming for the reflux and gives me the protein and carbohydrates I need. Thank you for not changing te ingreies or taste.

    This oatmeal smells and tastes soooo good. I usually used to stay away from flavored oatmeal because of all the sugar, but now I can enjoy flavored oatmeal again without and regrets thanks to WS.

    I am not much of an oatmeal eater, but decided to give all the higher rated choices a try during month one from switching from Optavia. First off- this is real oats!!! It’s not a protein clumped disaster. I actually enjoyed it. It’s not so so sweet, but it is sweet enough that you don’t need to add anything. There are also small apple chunks in there. You can doctor it up anyway you like, obviously. But remember that adds calories. I’m loving the flexibility this plan has to offer.

    Wonderful flavor and texture! I like mine a little more soupy, so I add more water than directed and it comes out perfect for me! So much better than the other brand I've tried!
