Ingredients

Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Potassium Caseinate, Fructose, Inulin (Dietary Fiber), Dehydrated Apples, Corn Bran, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Cinnamon, Salt, Guar Gum, Sucralose.

Directions

MICROWAVE

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a medium size microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and stir. Return to microwave and cook 3-4 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) uncovered. Stir halfway through cooking time. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
  3. Remove from microwave, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

STOVE TOP

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

    This is good and very filling and just enough to get the day going.
    Sometimes I make it into a pancake and add an egg white and vanilla and cinnamon and baking powder. Or I'll bake it same ingredients and make it into a muffin...

    I mix one packet of oatmeal and one packet of vanilla meal replacement and drink it as a warn shack on my way to work. The vanilla meal replacement gives it a nice flavor and it kills two birds with one stone.

    the addition of apples and cinnamon make a great taste treat. I also add ground flaxseeds & chia seeds & amla powder & cloves & frozen raspberries. Makes a great base and tasty alone.

    I love Wonderslim, but not this oatmeal! It's difficult to prepare, and does not even come close to the same quality of ProtiDiet and Bariwise oatmeals.
