It only takes a few minutes to cook our WonderSlim Hot Oatmeal in your microwave (or stovetop if you prefer) and it's worth the wait! You'll love the apples and cinnamon flavor, and since it's oatmeal, it's very filing.

Ingredients

Rolled Oats, Milk Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Potassium Caseinate, Fructose, Inulin (Dietary Fiber), Dehydrated Apples, Corn Bran, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Cinnamon, Salt, Guar Gum, Sucralose.

Directions

MICROWAVE

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a medium size microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and stir. Return to microwave and cook 3-4 minutes on MEDIUM (50%) uncovered. Stir halfway through cooking time. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
  3. Remove from microwave, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

STOVE TOP

  1. Bring 5 ounces of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the contents of one packet and boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, stir and let stand 2-3 minutes. Oatmeal will thicken upon standing.

    i ordered the 4 week program and this was one of my favorites. i usually doctor it up with some extra cinnamon, apples or craisins, and sometimes some pecans for a nice crunch. i will definitely be ordering more!

    I have used this oatmeal since I started on a Diet Program that used it in mid-May. I now buy it from you instead of them since you have a better price and I still have it for breakfast every day. It is important to prepare as directed and loosly cover MEDIUM mixing bowl (cereal bowls are too small) with paper towel large enough to tuck underneath--no spills yet--and I also heat my nonfat milk and add it after letting it set for about a minute if I can wait that long. Lost 66 pounds so use this as a healthy way of life now. I even take it on the road when I travel.

    I'm eating this oatmeal for the first time. The consistency is a little more mushy than I would have liked, however the flavor is good. Personally, it is sweet enough for me. I just added a touch of the Land O Lakes butter w/ canola oil as I like butter in my oatmeal. It's a nice change after just having protein shakes!!
