Directions

Preheat a non-stick skillet at low heat. Stir contents of one pouch of pancake mix in 50 ml (1.8oz) of water. Pour in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Pour a sugar free syrup on pancake before serving.

    I bought this for the first time. Used it today. Not impressed. only makes 1-2 pancakes which is good for those only making for themselves. Didn't like the flavor Don't know if I will buy again.

    These are my go to breakfast when I am not in a hurry. I add extra water to make them more like a crepe consistency and have 2 of them which are only 180 calories but a whopping 30 grams of protein. I then use low calorie syrup and feel very satisfied and satisfy that need for sweet. I usually order 4 boxes at a time. I would suggest making one, eating it, then making the other so it does not sit and get cold.

    I love these pancakes. I have them every day. If I don't have them for breakfast, I'll have them as a snack at night. They are easy to prepare and taste great. I use sugar free syrup.

    I make the recipe just a little thinner for a crepe wrap a piece of lean ham or breakfast meat, satisfying!

    I don't know if it was just me, but the pancake turned out kind of like a biscuit. It did not have the soft consistency of a pancake. I rate it as just ok - it wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either.

    These are so good, you would not even be able to tell they are diet food. I have them almost every day for breakfast and they are very filling.

    I add either an egg white or a whole egg to the recipe and find the result to be delicious and filling. I expect that I'll continue to eat these even after I ready my goal.
