    I use this like granola to add to my yogurt to give it a crunch. I am still not sure if I like the texture but it's still better than granola compared to the calories and benefits.

    This is a good breakfast cereal, tasting a lot like the regular Honey Nut Cereal. I add my Almond Milk and feel like I am not watching my calories at all! Thank you for making me feel like just any other "regular" person sitting down to breakfast!

    Although this cereal is a little pricey...it tastes good....and is an alternative to a protein bar or a hot breakfast. I don't even put any milk on it....I just eat it dry with my fingers as I read the morning paper (with my coffee). I like that it is high in protein.

    Good with skim milk and strawberries. It can get soggy, but so do most cereal. It satisfies me when I have a craving for cold cereal, and gives me good protein to boot. Good deal!
