Cream Cheese Cookie Truffles Diet Dessert Recipe

The team at WonderSlim has been working up a storm in the kitchen to perfect our latest healthier dessert recipe. The first try was good, but we wanted amazing. After the final taste test, some cheering and high fives, we believe this WonderSlim® Cookie-infused diet dessert is one of our finest.

And..shhh..it's under 75 calories per serving.

WonderSlim Cream Cheese Cookie Truffles Recipe

Makes 4 servings (2 truffles each)

You'll Need:

• Approx. 2 oz. Reduced-Fat or Fat-Free Cream Cheese (we liked Neufchatel), slightly softened
• 1 WonderSlim Cookie
• Wax Paper
• Food Processor

Directions:

Place your favorite WonderSlim cookie in a food processor, first breaking it into a few pieces so that it chops easier. Process the cookie for approximately 30 seconds or until its consistency is similar to course bread crumbs.

Measure 1.5 teaspoons of cream cheese. Loosen from measuring spoon and insert into the cookie crumbs. By hand, press the cream cheese into the crumbs so that they stick well and then roll into a round shape, recoating as necessary until cookie crumbs have formed a consistent coating and you have an even ball-shape. Place on wax paper. Repeat. Recipe yields 8 truffles, or 4 servings.

Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy.
