Using a food processor, grind the cereal until it is a coarse breadcrumb-like consistency. Then, using a spoon, mix in the softened butter spread, working the spoon so that the butter sticks to all of the cereal. Sit the paper muffin liners into a muffin pan and using the spoon, press the cereal mixture into each muffin cup (dividing the mixture into thirds). While the muffin pan is not required, it offers stability so that you can press the cereal to make a compact, even bottom crust.

In a separate bowl, mix cheesecake according to instructions; add cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin and mix well by spoon. Spoon into cups, on top of cereal crust (dividing into thirds). Chill for 20 mins.

Enjoy with a spoon while still in paper cup; removing entirely from paper first will be a tad messy!
