Low Fat Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe

- 1 Packet WonderSlim® Vanilla Cream Meal Replacement Pudding Shake
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1/2 Cup Mashed Banana
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Ice Cubes
- Combine ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Note: For a thicker smoothie, use only 2 ice cubes. For an additional protein boost, substitute non-fat milk for water.
