Healthy, High-Protein Eggnog Recipe from WonderSlim

During the Christmas season, indulging in some eggnog is a holiday tradition enjoyed by many. Unfortunately, this holiday treat is over-the-top high in calories, fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and sugar. So, at WonderSlim, we thought we'd make it easier (and healthier) for you by offering this “guilt-free” Eggnog Shake recipe, a healthy and protein rich holiday alternative, and yet, still sinfully delicious. The WonderSlim mixes used in this eggnog recipe can be purchased at


  1. 1 cup (8 oz.) CHILLED WATER (the colder the better!)
  2. 1 packet WonderSlim® Vanilla Cream Pudding/Shake Mix
  3. 2 tsp. WonderSlim® Classic Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix
  4. ½ tsp. Butter extract
  5. ¼ tsp. Rum extract
  6. ¼ tsp. Nutmeg powder (ground)


  1. Pour 8 oz. of chilled water into a Shaker Bottle or blender.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Shake vigorously or blenderize until dissolved.
  4. Enjoy!
