Ingredients

  • ½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup cucumber, seeded and sliced into half-moons
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Directions
