I think this is a great economic value, but I wouldn't buy again because I've found I don't like any of the wonderslim breakfasts. But a newcomer should definitely buy these so they can sample all the different products!!

The value is decent for what's in the box (if you get a coupon or use a promo code- but not if you are paying full price). Nut the variety could be better-especially since it is for 4 weeks. There are so many other choices on the site, I wish they included more in the kit. DON'T order the Cheddar Crunchers- they are AWFUL. It has mostly Meal replacements...I haven't done the math...but I may order them separately or in smaller increments next time to have a better variety and more choices..

I received order started my journey. First week, down 10 lbs. Star second week and I found something in my cappuccino. Can't tell what it was, slimy, film substance. Took a sip and didn't taste right. Spent the next 5 days with diarrhea. I will be boxing up remaining products and sending them back. Have a big phobia about foreign matter in my food..

The bars are great ~ and the shakes are pretty good. I ordered more of the shakes ~ using them to make ""protein cookies"" with a little baking powder, egg white, and coconut milk. They come a tiny flat but very tasty..
