Shipping Within The United States
At Diet Direct we know timely order processing, shipment and delivery are important in helping reach and stay on top of your health and wellness goals.
While we aim to process your shipment same day (if placed before 11am EST), if you need your order within a specific timeframe we would suggest selecting our expedited shipping method.
Please know that during times of increased order volume, this can translate to extended processing times. Additionally, due to increased demand, shipping carriers may also experience delays in transit times.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking confirmation email so you can follow its progress.
Free and flat-rate shipping within the United States is via a variety of carriers and services, including: SpeedX, OSM, OnTrac, FedEx, UPS, DHL Global Mail and USPS.

Standard Ground Estimated Transit Times (in business days)
- Delivery to Residential addresses is Monday-Friday, between 9am and 7pm.
- Delivery to Business addresses is Monday-Friday, by the end of business day.
- Standard shipping typically arrives between 2-5 business days.
Warm Weather Shipments
Although we promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouses, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours, particularly in the warm weather months.
Tips to Minimize Warm Weather Melting:
- To reduce transit time, consider choosing Expedited Shipping during warm weather months.
- Avoid packages being left outside. Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.
Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation
If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened products in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.
