High Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix

Each box contains seven single-serve packets. To prepare this high-protein breakfast, simply pre-heat a nonstick pan to medium, mix one packet with 3 tablespoons cup of water, pour the batter onto the pre-heated pan, and cook until golden brown. If you’d prefer to make waffles, swap the nonstick pan for a waffle maker.

A Quick High Protein Breakfast

Each packet provides a measured serving, so you do not need to scoop from a large box or calculate the portion. The 15g of protein keeps you fuller longer without overloading your body with the high sugar content of typical pancakes and waffles.

Top Your Protein Waffles and Pancakes

Top your healthy protein pancakes and waffles with fresh berries, plain Greek yogurt, or nut butter for additional flavor and nutrients. Syrup, chocolate spread, and large portions of sweetened toppings can quickly raise the meal’s sugar and calorie totals, so limit or avoid these altogether.

FAQ

Is protein waffle mix healthy?

It can provide more protein and less sugar than many traditional waffle mixes. The Wonderslim mix provides 15g of protein and 110 calories or less.

Can I use protein waffle mix for pancakes?

Yes. The same Wonderslim mix makes pancakes or waffles.

Why do protein waffles sometimes turn out dry?

Too little water, excessive cooking time, or an overheated waffle maker can dry the batter. Follow the packet measurements and check the waffle early.

What can I put on protein waffles?

Try fresh berries, plain Greek yogurt, or a measured amount of nut butter. Remember that toppings change the calories, sugar, and macros.
