Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 6 ounces of HOT water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.

I was a little hesitant to try at first, but boy am I glad I did. I added a little fat free cheese, a tsp of fat free sour cream and I really felt like I was EATING something. The taste is great and the benefit of the protein makes it even better. Will purchase again.

Scrumptious!! No need to doctor this one up! It is spiced to perfection. The portion is quite small, so savor every moment. I found that slowly simmering this entree on the stove top is a much better preparation method than microwaving, as microwaving does no justice to the few beans that are in this entree (the beans stay pretty hard and dry when microwaved). Also, the cooking time is much longer than stated in the directions on the package (6 to 8 minutes is not nearly enough time for rehydration and obtaining a satisfying texture).

We were surprised and pleasantly so with this chili. It has a great flavor for a low carb/diet product. Just add a little chili powder, a bit of diced tomatoes and a slice of low fat cheese and it's a great meal anytime! Love this chili!

I cooked it in the microwave...
it was spicy enough to make my nose run a little bit!
I had to resist the urge to add my 'normal' chili fixin's...ie - cheese, sour cream...lol
And no crackers, but very satisfying! Will definitely order again.

This is really good. I just finished a bowl. I added a half cup of chili beans (kidney). Real good, if I wasn't on a diet I would have ate it with crackers....I can dream!
