I love the oatmeal. You can't beat it when comparing it to other high protein oatmeals. However, I HATE it that Diet Direct has reduced the number of servings from 7 to 5 and kept the price the same.

Make Oatmeal Cookies!

I take one packet of the dry oatmeal and add some salt, Splenda, spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, a small handful of Fiber One cereal and moisten. If I have some canned pumpkin I'll add it to the mixture too. Then I form small balls to make about 25 'cookies'. I bake them at 375 in my little toaster oven for about 18 minutes. They aren't something you'd be selling at a bake sale but to me they're fantastic. Sometimes I 'bake' them in my microwave; say 10 minutes at about 70% power and they turn out almost like biscotti. You do have to watch the cooking process with either method to make sure they're turning out well. I eat this for dinner almost every day and I think it's enabled me to stick with my plan for five years and maintain my 150 pound loss. Thank you Diet Direct and oatmeal!

I can't believe how good this is, I don't really like oatmeal but eat it because it is good or you! I find with this oatmeal if I boil the water and then add it to the oatmeal let it sit for about ten minutes covered and then microwave it for 1 minute it's delicious I haven't tried preparing it any other way. I'm sure it would taste great even if you follow the instructions. Wonder Slim products are amazing I never write reviews but these products really taste that good, I'll tell anyone who listens and wants to lose weight.

The first packet I cooked (per the instructions) ended up severely overcooked and inedible. Had to toss it out. If you add a bit more water than recommended and cook it at 50% power, it will turn out alright. The taste is so-so, but I do prefer it to a shake first thing in the morning.

Love oatmeal but this one is a little too thick and too sweet. I would recommend diluting with more water than recommended.

My wife has eaten the Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal almost every morning for a year. She is not a breakfast eater so the fact that she takes the time to eat oatmeal indicates that it is tasty and filling.
The critical thing to remember is the microwave setting. The first time I prepared it I accidentally cooked it on high and it was not edible! Could hardly chip it out of the bowl. Low temp is a necessity.
