I requested and received an oatmeal sample. It is so good. It taste like regular oatmeal with fresh apples in it. It is definitely worth the little extra money (5 per box). I will be ordering this with my next order. Once you try it, you'll never go back to another oatmeal.

You have to babysit this one in the microwave and make sure it doesn't overcook but it is great tasting and always fills me up. I have it 3 or 4 times a week for breakfast.

This oatmeal is pretty good. I've had better - I've had worse... I am mad however that the servings are only 5 to a box and not 7 - and its the same price! Too bad...

Not a fan of this product. I bought 1 box to try it, & I think I will stick to my lower sugar Quaker oatmeals. I'm not crazy about the texture.

I'm hooked on Medifast oatmeals but switched to this to save money. I really like the apple cinnamon. Guess its time to try the others, too.

I love the oatmeal. You can't beat it when comparing it to other high protein oatmeals. However, I HATE it that Diet Direct has reduced the number of servings from 7 to 5 and kept the price the same.

Make Oatmeal Cookies!

I take one packet of the dry oatmeal and add some salt, Splenda, spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, a small handful of Fiber One cereal and moisten. If I have some canned pumpkin I'll add it to the mixture too. Then I form small balls to make about 25 'cookies'. I bake them at 375 in my little toaster oven for about 18 minutes. They aren't something you'd be selling at a bake sale but to me they're fantastic. Sometimes I 'bake' them in my microwave; say 10 minutes at about 70% power and they turn out almost like biscotti. You do have to watch the cooking process with either method to make sure they're turning out well. I eat this for dinner almost every day and I think it's enabled me to stick with my plan for five years and maintain my 150 pound loss. Thank you Diet Direct and oatmeal!
