Soy flour and or fiber bloats me terribly. Eat enough of this in addition to other soy products and experience hormonal imbalance...no way. If you are still craving carbs on your low carb diet - your carbs aren't low enough. Skip this. Tasted like cardboard anyway... not to mention the GAS attacks. Whew!

I am on NS, but wanted something to supplement my meals. Thus, from the NS board - these products were recommended! I HATE(well too strong), but STRONGLY DISLIKE NS' pretzels. Well I have found some new ones - yippee! These do have a buttery taste, but what I LUVED is that they have salt on them - just like the REAL ONES! I ate these for lunch - not solo - but with a salad + protein(egg). After eating these, I was FULL TO THE BRIM and didn't eat my salad until dinner time! Not sure if it was the pretzels, but I'd like to think so.....
