Directions:
1. Preheat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat (or lightly grease pan with a fat-free cooking spray).
2. Empty the contents of one packet into a small mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of water and mix. Let stand 1 minute. Batter will be thick and slightly bubbly.
3. Pour batter into preheated pan to make 2-3 pancakes. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges are slightly dry.
4. Turn and cook until bottom is golden brown.

You can have pancakes again! Add a strip of turkey bacon and you can eat Sunday breakfast with your family without being left out. I love these! I added a little banana and cinnamon and made banana pancakes. Instead of using a griddle, I baked the pancake at 350 on a pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Takes a little longer but it comes out very fluffy. (Updated on 11/6/2009.)

I am diabetic and never thought I would be able to eat pancakes again but thanks to Wonder Slim I can! I add a dash of salt and a packet of Stevia to the batter and they taste as good as any other pancakes I have had. Love, love, love this new items. Now, if they would just come out with some plain scrambled eggs I would be in breakfast heaven!

These were so good. I used ICBINB spray and Carey's sugar free syrup. I made 2 nice size cakes.
I am one who loves raw pancake batter....not this though. But cooked they are so good even plain.

I wanted something different in the morning besides a protein drink (I'm not crazy about the packaged eggs) so I thought I would give the pancakes a shot. I only bought one box because I really didn't know what to expect because I've tasted nutrisystem pancakes and they are disgusting! These are great. Today is the first time I made them and I thinned out the batter probably a bit too much, but...it tasted great, and the thinned out pancakes could be used for "crepes" and be filled with the daily fruit requirement, or fill it with sloppy joe or fajita mix for extra protein.

I am constantly amazed at how great the Diet Direct products are. They taste 10,000 times better than Medifast and are way less expensive. I have had every "diet" version of pancakes possible. Medifast doesn't even have them, even though we begged them forever to create a pancake mix. These are amazing. I got them today, mixed them up, and spritzed with some ICBNB and added Walden Farms 0 Calorie Pancake Syrup. Deelish. Thanks again Diet Direct. YOU ROCK.
