Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 5 ounces of hot water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until thick consistency. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed).
STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 5 ounces of HOT water in a saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.

I made this in the microwave at work and it was delicious! I thought it looked kinda funny after emptied the contents into my bowl. I added less water than recommended because I didn't want it to be to watery. Really good.

Other reviewers have said to prepare on the stove, which I have, and it turns out great! This has a very good flavor, like a diet version of Hamburger Helper. The portion fills a 6" dessert/side plate, but is enough to satisfy if you have it with a salad or large portion of veggies.

Pretty good! Make sure you cook it on the stove tho it wont turn out good in the microwave. Don't put to much water or it will turn out watery. Also I add a bit of salt.

This product is delicious. It is creamy and spiced just right. I did not need to add anything to it; however, it is best prepared on the stove with the heat set on simmer to low. It also took quite a bit more time to cook than stated on the directions. But the time to prepare it was well worth it.

Cheese steak pasta is my fav., but this is a close second. It does have a bite to it, and you can see the little red pepper flakes right in it, but it is cheesy and yummy and hits the spot! Just watch your microwave...this one has boiled over a couple times if I'm not watching it like a hawk :)
