These are just okay. Good enough, 10 fewer calories. Nothing special or spectacular about the taste. Not nasty, grainy or any weird after taste, so that's a plus.

A good equivalent for Medifast, cheaper, and just as tasty. Not sure if it has the same amount of potassium but you can take potassium supplements.

These shakes aren't as tasty as the Optifast shakes I was on for one month prior to my switch to Wonderslim. However they aren't HORRIBLE either. In my opinion - they are well worth the savings. I am willing to sacrifice a bit of taste for saving a ton of money each order!

Not a fan of the Tropical. But I love the Chocolate shake compared to the Wonderslim Chocolate Cream Pudding-Shake. I like the taste better and I like how it mixes and the texture better. Try a box of each and compare for yourself!

i am on medifast and use wonderslim when i dont have alot of money to order medifast with so i basically use both of these diets. i love the drinks through wonderslim but the shakes have given me diarrhea.
