Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 6 ounces of hot water in a large microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.

I guess I don't agree with most other people here. I think it tastes awful. There is way too much of the soy crumbles. Maybe I need to add some flavoring to it. I will try that as I still have three boxes of it to eat. Maybe flavoring it with something will help. I love the chili and the veg. Joe, so I thought I'd like this.

I have this with a quick side of broccoli and its delish. Its too small by itself but of course since its pasta, you have to limit your serving. I let it soak in warm water for about 30 minutes before I microwave and that ensures that the pasta is tender. Very creamy and good!

I loved this. It is a little bland, but I do not get any nasty protein taste. I just throw a little garlic and chill powder in and it tastes sort of like a Philly Cheesesteak, was discouraged by the reviews but I am so glad I gave it a chance!

This is average IMO. The spicy cheese and pasta is much better. The texture of the TVP is not as good as the sloppy joe or the spicy cheese and pasta.

I bought both the Spicy Cheese and Pasta and this one. I much prefer the Spicy Cheese and Pasta. This is alright just a bit bland. Better when I added salsa to it.

This is great! It's great taste and texture keep me full and satisfied. I eat at least one of these everyday and I never seem to tire of it! I've purchased a variety of the other entrees, veggie sloppy joe, veggie chili, spice pasta. Since I eat two entrees daily, I chose one of the others for one meal but always include this one for the second. Keeps me full for a long time!
