  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

I liked the taste; would buy again

I agree it was a bit more saucy than I would have wanted but it did taste good and it was an easy lunch. Not much meat but then it was a vegetable stew first and the beef was a side note. I would order again but do also agree the price could be lower. At least I can justify the price by saying it is tasty, low cal and easy - and costs less than an unhealthy fast food meal.

This tasted ok however it was not as satisfying as the turkey chili. It was a little too soup-like for me instead of hearty.
