Directions

MICROWAVE OVEN:

  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.

STOVE TOP:

  1. Place unopened tray in a large saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove tray from water.
  2. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.

The meat tasted just a tad too touch, seemed like it was extruded meat as opposed to actual slices of pot roast. But it's edible for its purpose. Will buy again for variety but I will not stock up on these.

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I felt this meal was perfect for the taste and size. As a post-bari patient, it was just right for me in the size of the meal. The meat was very tasty, although it looked processed, it does not taste or feel like it. Overall, a very good meal which I would definitely buy again. (Updated on 6/4/2012.)

This is very good. The flavors don't taste like diet food. It has lots of protein for us RNY patients.

This is also one of my favorites. It's small, but tasty. I usually doctor the diet entrees a little by adding some veggies, spices or some Better Than Bullion, etc. All of these entrees are sooo deelish.
