I have a mini Dash waffle maker, and these work perfectly in it. I get about 2 waffles from a packet. while the blueberry and chocolate chip varieties are tasty just as is, I tried microwaving a ¼ C. of fresh blueberries and then added a little monk fruit sweetener and Xanthan gum to thicken it. Spread on the blueberry waffle, it adds a lovely blueberry flavor with very few added carbs.
