Missing product
First, product is very good. No issues there.
Reason for the low rating:
This is the 2nd order we received that product was missing and we had to track down, email back and forth, send pics to get resolution.
Both occasions we were told product all shipped in (1) box but it was shipped in (2) boxe, at least on the 1st order. never saw the balance of order 2.
We received the balance of the 1st order 3 days after the the initial shipment was received.
This recent order has not been completed. The initial shipment was received on 6/17. I sent a note to your customer service team that it was incomplete (and again was told it shipped all in 1 box). That box (pics sent) was completely full and would not have held the entire shipment. CS reprocessed the balance of the order on 6/19 and it looks like it was shipped today.
We did not receive any bars in the initial shipment so we are having to supplement with shakes. That will cause us to be off on qty but we'll get by.
We ordered a couple of boxes of bars yesterday on Amazon (which came in this morning) to help get us through until ours show up.
Bottom line- Product is good, it's worked, but it's been a bit of an ordeal.
