Just Like Real Pancakes 🥞
I make these in a coffee cup because honestly, I cannot be bothered with a griddle, pan or waffle maker. Just pour the packet into a cup, add the water, stir and microwave on high for 1 minute. Voila. A cup of delightful pancakes with chocolatey goodness on the bottom. Delicious with sugar free pancake syrup.
