Not that good
There were no instructions on how and when to take this supplement. I had to do my own research. I had noticed that I was experiencing severe stomach cramps and diarrhea after the evening dose. What I found out is that the supplement needs to be taken one hour BEFORE eating and I was taking it after eating.
So after making that adjustment, it does not work that well. I had been prescribed GLP1 in the past and was no longer taking it but wanted the benefits of not desiring sweets and feeling full. This is not the product for me.
