Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate, Vital Wheat Gluten, Egg White Solids, Oat Fiber, Monocalcium Phosphate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Nonfat Milk, Resistant Maltodextrin (Dietary Fiber), Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Polydextrose, Salt, Artificial Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Modified Cornstarch, Soy Lecithin, Lactic Acid, Sunflower Lecithin, Whey, Propylene Glycol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides, Sucralose, Sodium Caseinate, Sodium-2-Stearoyl-Lactate, Sulfites (Contains Meta-Bisulfite).

Directions

Pancake:

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat (or lightly grease pan with a fat-free cooking spray).
  2. Empty the contents of one packet into a small mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of water and mix. Let stand 1 minute. Batter will be thick and slightly bubbly.
  3. Pour batter into preheated pan to make 2-3 pancakes. Cook until bubbles break on surface and edges are slightly dry.
  4. Turn and cook until bottom is golden brown.

Waffle:

  1. Pour contents of one packet of mix into 1/4 cup (2 oz.) of water. Stir with fork until dissolved and mixed well.
  2. Add mixture of batter to your favorite nonstick mini waffle maker for a tasty treat!
