Doctor them up
by Desiree on 7/1/2017
These are really quite good once you doctor them up. After I prepare them in the microwave I pour a bit of non-fat milk into it to moisten it and then give it a sprinkle of equal. It sweetens very nicely. I have ordered many boxes.
I love these
by Gina on 4/24/2017
I was pleasantly surprised when I "baked" this up in the microwave per the instructions. I added a little heavy cream on top (adds no carbs!) and wow -- really delicious treat. I've since ordered two more boxes and will continue to buy this as a regular no-guilt, 9 net carbs treat. Highly recommend.
good, but...
by Prunie1313 on 4/2/2017
I have to add some xylitol sugar to it and I mix it with the chocolate cake, then I like it.
DELICIOUS!
by CHRISTINE on 11/8/2016
It must be that people are doing something wrong in how they prepare this cake or just not following instructions...something is not right!
This cake is absolutely delicious everytime! I follow the instructions, make it in a ramekin, spray lightly with Pam butter spray, microwave and WOW! The texture is moist, the flavor is sooooo good, can't tell it's diet! I buy it ALL the time consistently.
Love it!
Not a perfect consistency
by JJ on 6/17/2016
I just tried this for the first time last night. It took longer than the noted time (a full minute) and was a bit rubbery in texture. It would benefit from a bigger chocolate flavor and was not too sweet. Still, I enjoyed the idea of eating "cake" and not cheating. I will try adding some Splenda to the next one to see if there is improvement in flavor.
Love it

Fabulously awesome!
by JTof Seattle on 5/2/2014
I have done and completed the Ideal Protein Diet. It was great, think its the best diet/lifestyle change ever. Its expensive to keep on buying their food as that's all i will have as allowed snacks during the week until cheat day. I found this site online and have just received my first order! OH MY GOSH, this little cakes is divine. I make mine as directed and then add a blob of the Walden farms choc sauce on top. Does not taste or feel like a diet product. I am thinking of making them in a muffin pan and freezing them individually and then using them as choc breakfast muffins!
Overflow
by Donna on 2/19/2013
This chocolate cake overflowed in the microwave and then after 50 seconds it was still runny. Also had a terrible after taste. Would not buy this again.
It's edible- and it makes you very full!
by JBird on 1/18/2013
You need to add some stuff to this cake as it barely tastes like chocolate and has a strong aftertaste. But with some cocoa powder and splenda and chocolate protein powder, it can be done.

It makes you ridiculously full though, which is impressive. It's my secret weapon for snack attacks because after you eat one you are much too full to eat anything else. I imagine for those who had surgery, don't try eating a whole one as you will be in pain!
Missing something
by jarlis on 2/25/2012
After reading the other reviews I was looking forward to trying this but it'll be going back. It has an odd texture that makes it very unpleasant and there was not near enough chocolate flavor in it. My husband and I each threw it out after only a couple bites.
So good!
by geop on 1/24/2012
I can't believe how good these are! I was very doubtful that I would like them, as I tried something similar on a different diet. I am so glad I ordered this, it is a great dessert! Highly recommended.
YUM-O!!!
by Cheekie on 1/12/2012
I've been enjoying brownies with another plan and hesitated to try this cake for fear it wouldn't be as good. WOW, am I pleasantly surprised! Mixed in a small bowl with 1/4 c. water, microwaved for 30 seconds and SHAZAM!, it's like a molten cake. SUPER moist, light, all I can say is I'm SOOO glad I tried it! I'll definitely keep coming back for more. With treats like this, I could diet forever. Carnival Cruise lines is known for its chocolate molten cake--I think this is WAY better in every way, taste and nutrition. (Updated on 1/13/2012.)
Chocolate Fudge Cake
by Shaun on 7/25/2011
These little cakes are unbelievable. I feel like I am eating one of those molten lava cakes from a restaurant. I have a sweet tooth and these definitely are the ticket. Moist, chocolatey, and warm right out of the microwave is the best treat I've come across!
This is oo
by chiefs girl on 7/8/2011
This I really have to try again to perfect it. It has a little after taste to it and I can't seem to get the timing right cooking it but I am determined. It is very chocolatey.
Great snack
by VSG_Audra on 7/3/2011
I also tried the Wonderslim cake, both are similar, but we liked this one slightly better. Great snack, I had bariatric surgery and I cannot eat a whole cake, however typically my husband will share a few bites with me. :-)
