These are really good. A nice nut taste. And, the added fiber is a bonus. I wish they offered salt and vinegar, too.

I have used these soy nuts in a number of ways. I added them to my low carb yogurt and even in my cereal to get added protein. They are good to eat as a snack.

Chili Lime Soy Nuts
by Chandra on 3/15/2013
First of all, as some posters have commented, yes these are dry. Um, they're soy nuts. Kind of comes with the territory. Not sure what those people were thinking they were going to get.

As far as the chili lime flavor goes, it's quite strong. I wouldn't say spicy exactly, but very flavorful...almost a bit too flavorful, but I like them. However, don't dump the leftover spices at the bottom of the bag into your mouth. Trust me on that one.
Looks like you either love'em or hate'em
by Bill on 8/5/2011
If you are expecting peanut's then these are probably going to disappoint. Maybe if you thought of the dry roasted kind you would be less disappointed. But if you go into it looking for something a little different for your mid morning or mid afternoon snack, well they work really well for me. Definitely have water handy but by all accounts that's part of a good diet anyway. I like these.

Perfect salad topper!
An ok filling snack
by on 1/2/2012
These are a good snack when something salty is being sought (have only tried the original). Can't say they are delicious, but not bad either. For me they kick that craving, and are filling, which is more important to me so I don't go grab something else! Would re-order.
New Ideas Needed

The flavor is a bit dry but it does fill you up. I actually started using them in my salads to take the place of croutons. They are pretty good like that and add protein to the salad.

I'd like to see flavored ones like cinnamon, BBQ, onion and garlic...that type of thing.
Soy nuts - not so good
by Queen Crochet on 5/8/2011
These do not really taste that great. If you're really craving a salty snack and these are all you can get you'll probably eat them but you won't be satisfied. The individual bags are very small which I guess is OK since I can't imagine anyone wanting to eat a lot of these at one time. Don't think I'll be buying these again.
Oh no!
