Horrible as a shake. Not satisfied with any of the recipes I have tried so far, but I think with some work I can find it acceptable.

Thank you for this product

This bake mix is awesome. I am on a low carb diet and this product makes pancakes, waffles, cookies ect. This is a no carb mix, you can't find that anywhere! every weekend we make waffles out of this mix with butter and sugar free pancake syrup on top. This is a no carb breakfast. Now, does it taste like Ihop 1000calorie waffles? Of course not. However, if you really want to loose weight, this is the way to go.

Takes some getting used to....

OK, here's the deal: I need protein. I'm in a weight loss phase. It's almost impossible to find a low carb and gluten free product with which to make pancakes.

I have tried them once. They were not as easy to mix up as I would have thought (hard to stir when wet, had to add extra water to recipe to make them pourable into the pan), yet I am an experimenter when it comes to food plan friendly foods for me.

I will have to play with this one to make it easier to pour and a bit more palatable. Overall, I am not dissatisfied with the product at all and am determined to doctor this one up so they have a good consistency and so that my boyfriend won't even know they are "diet" pancakes.
