This is a great hunger buster. It does not make me jittery or sick like a lot of diet suppressants do. It really curbs the appetite.

I am sensitive to most appetite suppressants. This one doesn't make me jittery, so I like it. Because of my sensitivity, I only take two a day (at lunch-time) and it helps curb my hunger. I haven't noticed pounds shedding off me . . . I have already lost 50 lbs. with the protein products. This product helps with gently suppressing my appetite---which in turn, will help with continued weight loss. It's not a miracle pill or anything---just helpful.

I have tried mostly Ephedra based metabolism boosters and dietary supplements. I thought I would try this for a change. I feel no BUZZ and no jitters, so I am not sure it is working. I am following the instructions to the letter, 2 before breakfast, 2 before lunch, and one before dinner, but I just don't see it working. That may be because I have only used it for 7 days, as directed...but not sure. During those 7 days I have had a 90 minutes strength training routine in the morning and consume around 120 grams of protein, 40 grams of crabs and 30 grams of fat per day, and I have not lost any weight. Still testing the product. I do want to point out that I do not feel famished nor do I feel fatigued, i just have not lost any weight
