I first went on a high protein, low carb, low calorie diet about 12 years ago and I lost 50 pounds. I had tried at least a dozen other types of diets previous to that one and they had all failed. The best part is that I have been able to maintain for the past 12 years. I usually let myself eat whatever I want during the Holidays each year and then I go on my "annual" after Christmas diet and lose the 10 pounds that I inevitably gain each year. This cappucino drink is the cornerstone of my success. I have about 800 calories worth of high protein whole foods throughout the day.(like big salads with lean chicken)And in between all my meals I just have one of these cappucinos. It tides me over till the next meal and it tastes SO GOOD. I've made lots of my friends and relatives try it and I've never found a person who didn't say "wow that's yummy". If this is your first time on the diet, this is the one product I recommend.

The Hot Chocolate is good, but I don't believe it's as good as the BariWise Hot Chocolate Product. I think BariWise has a better chocolate flavor and I like the variety pack. There are more options in the BariWise variety pack and except for the mint flavor, I like them all.

Normally my choice for Hot Chocolate is the Secure drink, I make it hot and really enjoy it, however the protein is less, than this so I tried this one in the chocolate flavor. It mixed for me fine and it was not gritty, but the taste did not do much for me, it was on just adverage.

I am a coffee drinker, and I have tried to stop using creamers (I like a coffee with my creamer) and so instead I add a packet of this and I've got a delicious coffee drink! If you like it less sweet, half a packet works well too.

I add a 1/3 pack in my mug of coffee... great change from an ordinary java. Alone it's great also . . . I just prefer stretching it out to get more hot beverage for my bang.
