I didn't notice when i bought it that the protien was gelatin. I would prefer soy or whey. But it does taste good.

Love these protein drinks, they dissolve easily and quench thirst. helps to keep you on track for weight loss or maintenance. Not super sweet, but very tasty!!!!! They do take away the urge to snack on stuff between meals.

Now that summer is here - and in Kansas that means high heat & humidity - a cool drink is just what I need when I come inside from working in the garden. These fruit drinks are just the thing I need to refresh myself and get the protein my diet needs. I use the shaker bottle with the metal ball - add the powder after the water - and it mixes very well. Enjoy!
