I'm so happy to find this vitamin with all of these vitamins at these percentages in a one tablet serving. The tablet is a decent size (not small, but no where near the horse pills that I had to take 3 of to get similar vitamins.) And that smell that "organic" items often have isn't there either -- it smells more like chewable vitamins -- like Flintstones. I love being down to one tablet for my vitamins!

I just recently purchased the 2 week starter kit and I was hesitant about doing it.. but to my surprise the products are way better tasting than medifast and other "liquid" diets. I understand it is portioned controlled but I'm actually staying full longer with this program. the only flavor I didn't care for much (but it's not horrible) is the strawberry... but all others get high ratings. give it a try... you won't be disappointed.

I was on another program...taking 3 of these per day, same ingredients and all. Just curious as to why I am down to one??? But I feel fine and I like these much better! No harsh after taste and EZ to swallow.
