Not bad
by Kim M on 1/29/2016

Cooking in the microwave is trial and error, but if you use a bowl big enough and cover it with a plate or one of those plastic microwave dish covers (if you like a really tender pasta), it's definitely do-able. Hey, pasta is always tricky in the microwave. I have tasted better mac and cheese in my life, but not for the low calories. I mean, come on, real homemade mac and cheese is a heart attack in a bowl. If you like the boxed variety (which is not healthy at all but definitely a comfort food), have been without it for a while and miss it, this stuff will hit the spot without putting the stops on your goals. It doesn't taste like homemade, but it tastes a lot like the boxed kind, and that is a treat I thought I couldn't have anymore. So I'm pretty happy with it.
I will definitely reorder. It's not my favorite, but it is now a staple in my pantry.

This stuff is a MESS!!!
by kathy on 9/13/2015

I have had this twice and each time before it's even part way done cooking, it boils over and make a mess in the microwave. I have reduced the cooking power and cooking time. Very disappointing as it does taste good but way too much trouble to order again.

Tastes Like the Box
by Kellie on 3/30/2015

Yep...I doctored it up with some light butter (like a small pat), a touch of light half and half, and its pretty close to what I feed my kids from the box. Has a lot of carbs, but I do cardio today...not sure I will reorder, but to me this is better than the Alfredo which I thought was not so good. I will add tuna, dried onion, and green beans to this next time for a light casserole.

Another nice entree
by nancy on 11/14/2014

I still like the Alfredo pasta the best but this is another nice dish for a change of pace. Good portion size and filling. I don't microwave it on highest power and I am sure to use a larger then portion size bowl so no spill overs as some have said.

Yummy!
