Directions:
MICROWAVE:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes or until the noodles are tender. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
STOVE-TOP:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring frequently. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.

I really like this product. I don't think you could tell this was a diet product in a blind taste test! I like to cook it on the stove rather than the microwave. It's just downright good as it comes out of the box, but easy to dress up with a bit of broccoli or ham. Yummy!

I love the taste of this meal. There are so many options to change it up a bit. I add finely diced celery to it while cooking and 2 oz. tuna after it's cooked. I sometimes make it plain and then add chopped tomatoes or salsa. Sometimes I add mixed veggies to it. Sometimes I add 2 oz. cooked lean ground beef or turkey and herbs like thyme, parsley, or basil. Sometimes I make it into a chili-mac and sprinkle with chili powder and cumin and garlic. Like I said, so many options! My only complaint is that it's not the value that the cheese steak pasta or the spicy cheese and pasta is, with only 3 packets per box. I still buy it, though!

This product was on the bariatric diet that I have been on in the past and it is great! I always use this as my treat for the day when on this diet. I alternate between this and the creamy alfredo. The price is 20% less than what I was paying and when it is on sale - even more savings!! Very flavorful and filling, though a small serving. I highly recommend it!!

Say what you want about the price, (after all, it's only $3 or less per serving) but this dish is SO tasty - I followed the advise of the reviewer who said to toss in some tuna at the end. It was so delicious, and I couldn't even eat it all at lunch! Buy it - you won't regret it!

Love this product by the way even though I did not give it all the stars. I believe the price is ridiculous for just 3 packets when other flavors and bars come with 7?
Take a look at the nutrition guide on the back, now compare it with Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese, only difference is about 15 carbs but the Kraft is a larger serving. Same high protein, if you want more protein add some chicken to it.
