Directions:
MICROWAVE:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Stir thoroughly.
- Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes, stir. Continue cooking on HIGH for 2 to 4 minutes or until the noodles are tender. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.)
STOVE-TOP:
- Combine the contents of one packet and 8 ounces of warm water in a medium size saucepan. Stir thoroughly.
- Bring to a low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring frequently. The sauce will continue to thicken upon standing.

Good stuff

I haven't eaten macaroni and cheese for such a long time! This was good and edible, but I changed it somewhat in that I only added 6 oz of water (8 oz, I thought, made it too soupy) and at the 2 min. cooking mark, I added a can of tuna. Good for a quick lunch.

I love this stuff and have it very other day for lunch. It keeps me going all afternoon, and I don't get hungry until Dinner time. It is fantastic!

The taste was not bad, however I did not know that the sodium was 900mg per serving. That is high for a packaged food and if I decide to use it on a specific day I have to monitor my sodium for the rest of the day very closely. Some of the snacks are also high so I have to be careful with some of the products.

I have to say that I was skeptical about how this product would taste. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is better than the well known national brand of mac n' cheese. Don't hesitate buying it, it's that good.
I enjoyed it with steamed vegetables and it was a very filling meal since the pasta is such a generous portion. Hint: microwave on high 1 minute at a time, keep stirring it down; after 3 minutes, cook on medium until liquid is thickened.

Very good... although when adding 1 cup of water and putting in the microwave for 4 minutes on high as recommended, it bubbles up and runs over. With that said, brown some turkey (try the taco pre-seasoned grounded up turkey found at your local grocery store) add to the mac & cheese and you have a fabulous fulfilling meal.

I was skeptical that "diet" mac-n-cheese would actually taste good - but I am so happy I took a chance! It's creamy and tastes cheesy. Portion size was large - add tuna for an extra protein boost! YUM! This item is one of my favorites!

This was delicious. Again, very expensive when you only get 3 servings per box. Guess I'll have to pare my tastes back to the cheaper Cheese Steak Macaroni and Spicy Cheese and Pasta where I get more servings per box. I do like the fact that these AREN'T sweet tasting like most everything else is. (Updated on 8/8/2011.)
