I had the Bacon Cheese one as a sample. I cannot describe the taste, not good. I was hungry to I ate it with a lot of salt and on toast to get it down.
These are a waste really...stick with Egg Beaters or store brand if you are not a vegetarian. 1/2 C = 12 grams of protein.

Didn't like the cheese taste

It contains a parmesan-romano taste that I did not care for, but if you like those flavors, then you may like this item. Texture was fine for me if microwaved carefully and not overcooked.

Don't like it at all, but I'm very fussy and not a big omelet eater. I think you could add seasonings and/or flavorings or fresh vegs to make this taste better. I won't order it again.

My first thought was powdered eggs, yuck! I don't care much for breakfast, but I do want protien when I eat it. I got this product with very low expectations, and was very nicely surprised. This is tasty, and filling. Plus, you don't have to worry about fresh eggs going bad. When I'm extra hungry I make these and put half, (save the other half for the next day) on half a multigrain english muffin, top with a slice of soy cheese, and broil for a min. or two. It's the perfect open faced breakfast sandwich.

These eggs have a good overall cheesy flavor. Medifast just came out with eggs and they SUCK. But these I would recommend. Not as good as the real thing so I give it 4 stars. For diet food can't expect much better.

I kinda like the eggs with fake bacon so I thought maybe cheesy eggs with veggies would be comparable. Ewwwww... Not for me, my friends. Good luck with your diets!

Very puffy

These eggs are pretty decent but come out very puffy almost like a souffle. I made them into an omelette with some extra onions and vegetables. I prefer egg substitues like eggbeaters but these are pretty good for a dry mix.
