My first thought was powdered eggs, yuck! I don't care much for breakfast, but I do want protien when I eat it. I got this product with very low expectations, and was very nicely surprised. This is tasty, and filling. Plus, you don't have to worry about fresh eggs going bad. When I'm extra hungry I make these and put half, (save the other half for the next day) on half a multigrain english muffin, top with a slice of soy cheese, and broil for a min. or two. It's the perfect open faced breakfast sandwich.

These eggs have a good overall cheesy flavor. Medifast just came out with eggs and they SUCK. But these I would recommend. Not as good as the real thing so I give it 4 stars. For diet food can't expect much better.

Perfect on a piece of whole wheat low cal toast. And warm and filling. I cook on stove top, haven't ever microwaved them, never would, food should be treated right and it will treat you right! :)

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I could eat this for breakfast daily. I thought the taste was enjoyable, and it was reasonably filling for the calorie content.

I try to follow every step in the package to make perfect Omelet but it turns to the opposite way. Wired smell and flavor make my month and taste buds uncomfortable all day!

I was really looking forward to trying these because I love cheese. But the cheesy, artificial flavor of these omelets is too strong. I had to add regular egg whites and that helped. I don't think I will be ordering them again though.
