The following are general guidelines for the WonderSlim Diet Plan:
- You may also use spices, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, sugar free gelatin, and listed beverages as desired.
- Take 1 multivitamin and drink at least 8 cups of water or non-caloric beverage daily.
- Foods may be rearranged within one day to meet your schedule or personal preferences.
- Use the Food Selection List on the back of your meal plan to plan your Lean/Green Meal, Fruit selection, and to create a shopping list.
- Prepare food in Lean/Green Meal by Baking, Boiling, Broiling, Grilling, Roasting or Steaming. NO Frying!
- Consume ALL Meal Replacements and Supplements as directed for optimum nutritional intake, support of lean muscle and to curb hunger.
- To ensure your success, use the Food & Activity Diary to document everything you eat and drink, as well as your daily physical activity.

Best diet plan ever

For someone who has tried every possible diet throughout my lifetime, this is the easiest to follow. I had been dieting and working out with a personal trainer for over 4 months and lost only 3 pounds. Then started the 2-week plan and lost 4 pounds with significant improvement in body measures. Of course, ordered 4 more weeks and have lost 10 pounds total by the third week of this second order. Never feel hungry, the food is very tasty and it's incredible how small portions of food can be so filling. My skin has markedly improved texture. It is so easy to take your meals to work without planning. I have a sweet tooth and rather eat dessert than meals, but with this plan I feel so satisfied I may skip the included dessert. During the third week of the diet I had to participate in a 3-day convention at a hotel with wonderful food available at all times, and miraculously I did not cheat once, not even felt the temptation to do it.

I read some great reviews about Diet Direct's WonderSlim plan, as I was looking for an easy and convenient way to lose weight. Many of the plans out there were not affordable, and I liked that you could customize your order and try different options so you don't get completely bored. It's also great that the kit comes with a shaker AND multivitamins. I also like the concept of eating every 2-3 hours and having a high protein diet so you don't get hungry and have crazy cravings for "forbidden foods"! :-)
I've been on plan for just over a week, and of course I went into this with realistic expectations about the quality of the food (and amount of weight loss that should be achieved on a weekly basis). I wasn't dissapointed either, the food is quite good, you just have to get used to adding water to dehydrated packets of food.
My only complaint is that the microwave instructions for preparing the foods, such as the omelet, chili, soups, and vegetarian joe, are WAAAY off. For example, it will tell you to add hot water and then microwave for 3 minutes. After 1 minute, my food was boiling over and to the point of being overcooked. So you really need to find out what cooking times work best for you and the microwave you are using!
My favorites so far are the vegetarian joe, chocomint shake, and the caramel pecan snack bar. The chili and chicken noodle soup are pretty good too! I tried the diet pancakes, which were good, but they really stuck to the pan even though I sprayed it with Fat-Free cooking spray first! The shakes are good mixed with your morning and/or afternoon coffee :-)I also like the butterscotch pudding, but I find it better if you add skim milk and let it set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. All of the desserts I've tried have been pretty good and help you satisfy your sweet tooth after dinner without doing too much damage calorie/carbs/sugar-wise.
The ONLY thing I really did not like was the strawberry shake; tastes medicinal to me like pepto bismo or something! The berry shake is good though!

I originally decided to try the 2 week Wonderslim package as a way to "ease" into a diet, and then hopefully, be able to follow a plan, such as Weight Watchers. I knew if I spent the money for the 2 week plan, I would stick to it for the 2 weeks. However, it was so easy to follow, and there's no need to worry about what to have for meals, that I ordered another 2 week plan. There are no items I dislike, but I do have some favorites and was happy to find out that it is very easy to request replacement items when ordering the package. I knew I don't like oatmeal so I requested the vegetable cheese omelet and really like it. I like it better cooked on the stove top instead of the microwave. I also love the Vegetarian Joe, also better cooked on the stove top.

I like most of the items in the 2 wk. starter box. The chicken noodle soup is tasty, as is the sloppy joe. I am not partial to the drinks but do like the puddings and even the chocolate cake. On next order I will try some different flavors, etc. .No oatmeal next time though!

I have a few associates who, like me, have the title "morbidly obese" and have struggled with weight issues for most of their lives. They have all either had bariatric surgery, joined Weight Watchers, or joined a program at the different weight loss centers around town. Besides the bariatric patients, the weight loss center participants seemed to experience the fasted results.
After looking into the products being sold at the weight loss centers, I read a lot of reviews online about "liquid" diets and "ketogenic" diets and realized they were all very similar products. The only differences were (1) taste, (2) cost, and (3) the inconvenience of having to "meet" with the weight loss center staff in order to get "checked out" and order your next round of products. While going through a period of two years of being denied health insurance, I got into the habit of monitoring much of my own vitals at home on a regular basis (blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, weight, body fat) using tools and test kits from Walgreen's. Please be aware, I do not have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes - I just want to monitor for all of them because I'm obese and those are usual secondary diseases. So, I bought this 2-week starter kit, a fiber supplement, and a pack of "Ketostix" from my neighborhood pharmacy. It took me about 3 days to show signs of ketosis, my glucose levels haven't been adversely affected, I've generally felt full, and I lost 9.8 lbs in 6 days.
This kit was a good, affordable way to "test" out a range of the products while creating a situation where I didn't have to "think" so much about what I was going to eat. As for the taste of the products - please don't expect gourmet, full flavor in the entrees (soups, veggie joe), but it's nothing a dash of McCormick's Nature's seasoning can't help. And a word to the wise on the shakes, buying a "single serve" smoothie blender does WONDERS. You can take it to your office without much hassle and you can get something in the consistency range of a wendy's shake if you like - instead of a watery drink...just use a less water and more ice. Not to mention, no one really knows you're on a diet. ;)
The snack bars work for me, and the smoothies are AWESOME (note that "AWESOME" is on the level of diet smoothies). BE SURE TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER DURING THIS JOURNEY. EXCITED ABOUT: strawberry and berry yogurt smoothie, mocha and strawberry shakes, peanut butter crisp and caramel butter pecan bars, chicken noodle soup, veggie joe. NOT SO EXCITED ABOUT: vanilla and chocolate mint shakes, apple and cinammon oatmeal (I was sent two of those...I couldn't get two bites of it down...it just wasn't for me). I've created my own "6-week started kit" filled with my favorites from the standard 2-week kit and some new items I think I might enjoy. Good luck to you!

I love this product! I ordered the 2 week starter just to try it out. The products taste so much better than every other meal replacement plan I've tried (and I've tried them all) and the at the best price. I lost 5 pounds the first week and 8 overall. And I was never hungry. I love that you get to eat some real food and you get some carbs. I have already ordered more. Finally a plan I actually want to follow at a price I can afford!

The taste of the shakes was not very good. Tried making it several different ways and still was not satisfied. It tasted very gritty which totally took away from the shakes flavor.

I was looking to drop my last 20lbs and had been directed to this website during my inital weight loss program for purchasing snacks. I was blown away how similar the expensive products bought at my weight loss clinic were to the products here. So, I started purchasing here and just recently bought the 2 week starter kit. I loved having all that I needed right in the box shipped. Everything from the shaker for the shakes (the shaker is AWESOME) to the packages of sloppy joe which are oddly tasty. I love the shakes and smoothies: my favs being the strawberry and chocolate. The snack bars are amazing - minus the chocomint - not a big mint person but if you are then you will love them. This starter kit allowed me to fit better into my desired jean size and I will continue to incorporate these shakes and meal supplements into my daily life - not just for weight loss. We really have an amazing site here at our finger tips. You won't be disappointed in the WonderSlim products!
