Wonderlife's Methyl b-12 is a great source of energy! I was paying my doctor once a month to get a b-12 shot and I felt the effect gradually wearing off after a few weeks. I didn't always have the time to go and get the shot. This product does exactly what the B-12 shot did for me, except I have it ( at home) and I don't have to make an appt. I am an active busy teacher. I need energy all day to keep up with my 7th grade class. Taking Methyl B-12 lets me keep up my energy level with out any groggy feeling at the end of the day. I don't feel exhausted or sluggish any more. Thanks for having a great product available that I can take every day. The other teachers ask me..'how do you still have energy at the end of the day' as they buy the soft drink out of the vending machine to give them energy. I drink my protein drink, smile and show show them this product. :)

I need a sublingual vitamin, so this is what I use. It doesn't melt fast at all. I put it under my tongue at night, and have woken up at three in the morning to discover it still in tact. Daytime use isn't much better. It does provide the dosage I need, but just not in an efficient manner. Needs improvement.
