I have been using this product for many years. I must say, I love the high level of protein and the fact that it does not contain casin. Now: how I prepare it...I add it to my plain GREEK yogurt with 2 tbsp of sugar free syrup. Yummy! Or I add a scoop milk, ice, vanilla sugar free syrup and blend in the magic bullet. This is the only egg protein powder that I can find that doesn't have soy protein or a sweetener added. Because it doesn't have sweetener, it does have an odd taste if not mixed with another beverage. Or, you can add your own sweetener. I like having the flexibility to do what I want. Other protein powders that have stevia in them are too sickly sweet, so I like that this powder give me the choice to add just the right amount of sweetener.

I bought this because one review said it tasted good and I was looking for a protein drink. But this tastes bad and I am probably going to end up wasting it because I can't stand to drink it.

This pure egg protein is a fantastic supplement! Mixed in my "magic bullet" with a few ice cubes, it makes a tasty shake. I use one scoop alone or a half-scoop to give an added protein boost to other flavored shakes. As a school teacher I often get no chance for a mid-morning snack. This pure protein keeps me from being hungry. Whey and wheat proteins gave me digestive troubles, but not this pure egg protein. Give it a try!
