Cauliflower Casserole

1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix
1 cup Warm Water
1 cup Cauliflower, cooked

Directions
Place contents of packet in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Add warm water and mix until ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 6-8 minutes. (Stir halfway through cooking time). Add cauliflower and microwave for 2 more minutes or until sauce has thickened. Sauce will continue to thicken upon standing (1-2 minutes). Serve immediately.

Cheesy Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta

1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix, prepared
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Broccoli, cooked
1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced

Directions
Combine mix and water in a medium sized microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 4 minutes. Stir in broccoli and mushrooms. Microwave an additional 2-3 minutes until pasta is tender.

Cheesy Zucchini and Tomato Casserole

1 pkt WonderSlim® Cheesy Mac Pasta Mix, prepared
1 cup Zucchini, sliced, cooked
1 small Tomato, sliced thin
1/2 tsp Parsley
Garlic Powder to taste

Directions
Arrange half the zucchini slices in the bottom of a microwave-safe casserole dish, spoon half of the prepared pasta over the zucchini, followed by a layer of tomatoes. Repeat layers ending with tomatoes. Sprinkle parsley and garlic powder on the top. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1-2 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Serve.

Green Bean Casserole

3/4 cup Green Beans French Cut, frozen
1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced, fresh
1 tsp Onion flakes
1/3 cup Hot Water
1/8 tsp Ground Marjoram
1/8 tspGround Rosemary

Directions
Combine green beans, mushrooms and onion flakes in a small bowl with 2 tbsp. of water. Cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 2-4 minutes, until beans are cooked. Add on hot water, spices and Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix. Stir and serve.

Curried Vegetables

1 pkt WonderSlim® Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix
1/4 cup Potato, peeled, diced small
1/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Cauliflower, frozen
1/2 cup Green Beans, frozen
1/8 tsp Curry Powder
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Directions
Place potatoes and 1/3 cup water in a small bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 3 minutes. Add cauliflower and green beans and cook an additional 2 minutes. Do not drain. Combine soup mix and spices and stir into vegetables. Add an additional 1-2 tbsp. Water if desired.

2 tbsp Apple, diced
1 tsp Onion flakes
1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
5 tbsp Water, hot
1 slice Diet Bread, toasted, cut in small cubes

Directions
Combine celery, apple, onion flakes and 1 tsp. of water in a small bowl, cover and microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute. In a separate bowl combine Chicken & Vegetable Cream Soup Mix and poultry seasoning, stir in hot water. Add celery mixture and bread cubes, stir to blend (more water may be added for moister stuffing). Serve.

Broccoli Dip

1/2 cup Broccoli, chopped, cooked
2 oz Cottage Cheese, 1% fat
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper Dash
2-3 tbsp Water

Directions
Combine broccoli, cottage cheese, soup mix and spices in a blender or food processor. Blend on medium until smooth. If too stiff, add water 1 tbsp. at a time to desired consistency. Serve with celery sticks
