Good if you like cough syrup - mix it in a smoothie

It's a strong flavor, but I like the flavor of cough syrup, or of liquid filled cherries. It's good to mix in a smoothie to add protein. It's much more palatable than soy or pea protein powder. A little pricey per serving though.

Holy Battery Acid! I love the concentration of protein in such a small low calorie dose but omg...dont try to drink it straight! I added it to 8 oz of water and it was still quite tart. I'll. Definitely use it but won't be looking foward to drinking it.
