Directions:
For a Shake:
- Place contents of one packet into a (10 oz.) glass, shaker cup or blender.
- Add 8 ounces of cold water and stir or shake vigorously until dissolved. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.
For a Pudding:
- Place contents of one packet into a small cup or bowl.
- Add 4 ounces of cold water and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth and serve. Pudding thickens upon standing. Nonfat milk may be substituted for water.

This is a really good meal substitute. I am not a breakfast person and always on the go, so this makes a good meal replacement for my breakfast and lunch. I eat a good meal in the evening around 5pm. Have lost 10 pounds thus far.

This is the best shake on the market without aspartame. The physician monitored weight loss program I am on uses these. They have helped me lose weight and keep it off for 2 years. I love chocolate shakepudding the best. Blend it in a small blender with 1 cup of ice and water to make 10 ounces before blending. The vanilla is great with orange Diet Rite cola and Ice blended together.

The chocolate drink is wonderful!!!! I had gastric bypass surgery in Jan. so I am suppose to eat or drink a lot of protein. This is the best tasting I have found.
