Ingredients:
Textured Soy Protein Concentrate (caramel color), Dehydrated Kidney Beans, Dehydrated Tomato, Sugar, Paprika, Spice, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Vegetable Oil Shortening (Soybean and Cotton Seed Oil), Flavor, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Yeast Extract, less than 2% Calcium Silicate added to prevent caking.

Directions:
MICROWAVE: Different microwave models will vary preparation time and results. Empty packet contents into a serving bowl. Add 8 oz. (250ml) of hot water. Stir well until dissolved. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir, microwave again for 3 minutes. Stir and let cool for 2 minutes. Add seasoning if necessary to meet your taste requirements.

The Tex Mex Chili is very satisfying and tasty for either lunch or supper. Adding in left over protein (lean chicken, fish, turkey) really gives you a hearty, high protein, low calorie meal.

This Chili is wonderful! It microwaves well - no hard beans. And the best part is that it does not taste "diet" at all. This is simply one of the best protein supplements that I've tasted! Highly Recommended!

Of all of the products I've tried from dietdirect, this is my least favorite. It gave me gas like nobody's business! Whew! I won't be purchasing this one any more! So, I'm warning everyone, be careful and make sure you're not around anyone after eating this.
