A good fulfilling shake

I am enjoying this shake. I fill my shake up with cold water to the top label and shake it up really good....Just make sure the water is cold..... I`ve had no problems with lumps...Taste great too! Can`t wait until I lose weight .I drink a shake for breakfast and and Lunch and eat a piece of fruit,then eat a good dinner...... This is my 3rd day!

I was seeing a doctor for weigth lose. They gave me some shakes in a bottle. Almost the same like the protidiet shake the flavor was also good. But the Doctor's Visit & shakes every week was getting so expensive. So dicided to try this shakes they do work in 1 month I lost 11 pounds
I will always order, I try to keep the shakes at work ,home and in my car!

This was pretty good and great when you're on the go and just want something in the car or at your desk. I didn't have any problems with clumping like others did. I first make sure I shook the powder in the contain well to lighten it up then I poured water in almost to the line and then shook it vigorously and then added the remining water and shook some more. It was pretty good and I would definately order it again.

It's a great (I'm full) drink

It took me a few tries to get the mixture right with this drink. Putting in water more than half way will result in a ton of lumps. I then tried to put in hot water, and had the same result.
I know put in cold water into a bowl, then add the mixture. I use a whisk for about a minute, then put back into the container. Doing this results in zero lumps each time, and is very enjoyable to drink.
I eat a granola bar in the morning with a small cup of grapes. Then I drink the protein shake for lunch with some carrots. Then I eat dinner normally. With a little excercise each day (i'm talking about 15 - 25 minutes) you will loose weight.
I've been taking this for about a month, and i'm down 11lbs so far.
I would recommend this product. The chocolate and vanilla are very good, but I suggest staying away from the strawberry.

I had some trouble mixing this product in the beginning, but it is all in the technique. I found that if I filled about a forth of the bottle with very hot tap water and then shook it vigorously, it mixed very well and could then be filled to the top. I do this individually with each bottle.
The vanilla and chocolate are the only flavors that I have tried, but I like them very much. This product, along with some volume purchasing, provides a vary ecomical shake.

Excellent product. I solved the lump problem by putting half the liquid (water or skimmed milk) needed (to the bottom of the label) and shaking it for about 30 seconds. Then added the rest of the liquid as shook once to mix. Worked great and really satisfied. Just bought 100 more.

Use a wisk for easy blending

This product has a good flavor, and yes it is not the easiest shake to mix. I invested in a $6 battery operated baby formula whisk; I dump it in a glass and add ice cold water. I return it to the bottle and I am good to go, I mix three to four at a time and keep them in the frig. They are ready and cold when I want one.

This product was a real bummer. I use skim milk and there were far too many lumps. To enjoy this drink you need to mix first into a blender then add back to the bottle. What a shame because the concept is great. In reality though it leaves alot to be desired. I wish the powder could be improved so that it mixes like it should. I would definately buy more if it worked. The protein content is perfect for the "travel with" idea.The convenience of the bottle is a plus. Sorry about the bad review, I almost never give them.
