This is what I drink in place of sodas. It's sweet and tangy plus the protein in it gets me through that afternoon slump. Tastes just like a nice cold lemonade. I even put single serving sizes in a small zip lock bag to add to cold water if I am away from home.

This is a great protein drink. If you are feeling even slightly hungry grab a nice cold lemonade drink and it will hold your hunger at bay for several hours. It tastes great and makes up super easy with the drink shaker that comes in the starter kit.

This is one of my favorites. I first discovered this drink years ago when I paid hundreds of dollars just sign up at a famous weight loss center, not mention the high cost of the supplements. I'm so glad I discovered this site, now I can do my own thing and not forced to buy drinks every week. I can buy a month supply for half the cost of two weeks at other places. OMG! I love this stuff. It's has a great balance of sweet & sour you expect to experience from lemonade. I fill up a water bottle with cold water, shake it up and I'm ready to go...I sip on it all day long and it curbs my hunger. Love it.

oh my goodness!!! i love this stuff so, so much!!! i make a cocktail with this, i put one scoop of this with a 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin c powder and 1 tablespoon of benefiber. it tastes so good!! i have had the lap band procedure and this is what the doctor recomended 3 times a day especially after exercise!!!
