This pudding is great...it is just sweet enough, easy to prepare, and wonderfully creamy! I have tried the chocolate flavor, and I will definitely keep ordering it. I love ProtiDiet products, and I feel good about incorporating this pudding into my diet because of the high protein and calcium content. I highly recommend it!

I use a PLASTIC FORK TO MIX the pudding.It doesn't stick to it like it does metal and leaves no lumps. Use cold water and it is ready to eat in a jiffy. Also, I love the vanilla because I can add a tsp. of Smuckers Sugar Free Strawberry Jam made with Splenda or any flavor I like and I have a dessert fit for a queen. I like Proti Diet because it contains no aspartame. and 15 grams of protein instead of 12 like some other brands. ---also put it on a caramel rice cake like icing for a crunchy dessert!

Mix in a blender w/ chobani yogart and 4 oz of water, 1/2 banana and ice cubes. You have a great shake with 30 grams of protein! Love it and you will also.

Nice snack or dessert. It is soothing and tastes good, not too sweet. There is a slight protein after taste to it, but that goes away if you have a sip of water. This is a good alternative snack for low-carb.
